Directions:
	I-290 east to downtown.  Exit at Western Ave.  At end of ramp turn left on Western Ave.  Follow Western to Fulton.  Turn right on Fulton then take an immediate left on Claremont.  First gate on left side of street is Avcoa.

Procedure:
	Two Keys.  Unlock gate padlock.  Pull truck into lot.  Unlock gate across entry door.  Unlock door.Go thru the caged area, turn left and disarm alarm on key pad. 
	Coolers and empties are right there in caged area.  Rearm the alarm. Relock door and both gates.
