Gate: use the gate remote FOB opener

Procedure: Pull up outside. Open gate with the gate remote FOB. Pull in. CLOSE GATE with the remote FOB! (it is not automatic). Before you back into the second dock door, you have to disarm the alarm. 
	   There is a 3ft perimeter alarm beam that surrounds the building.  You have 30 seconds to disarm the alarm. Use the entry door to the right of the dock. 
	   To get in, you have to unlock the dead bolt with the key.Then punch in the key code (3-9-2-3-*) on the pad to the left of the door. This turns off the magnet that holds the door closed.
	   Finally, go in and to your left there is an alarm code pad. Punch in the alrm code (2-4-8-1).
	   When standing at the entry door once you are in, cooler is directly to your right. Deliver to "insdie cooler" (not the glass front doors). The door to get in to 
	   the cooler is on the left hand side "end-cap". Seperate the food in route order stacks.
	   If there is a freezer order, the freezer is through the double doors. Pick up empties. Closed the double doors.
	   When you are done and are ready to rearm the alarm, you have to be still by the door so the motion sensor does not detect you. Then turn on the alarm by keying in 2-4-8-1. 
	   Exit building.Use gate remote FOB to open the gate. Pull out onto the road and close the gate behind you with the gate remote FOB.
           Do not leave until you are sure the gate is closed.
