Procedure: Use the key card to access the gate on the Northwest side of the lot. Pull into the fenced in parking lot and pull up to the open dock door on the Northwest side of the building.

Use the same key card to access the building via the walk door between the two dock doors. This key card will deactivate the alarm and motion sensors in the warehouse area if the delivery takes place during off hours.
Once inside the building, open the dock door utilizing the buttons located on the right of the door. There is also a dock leveler if needed.

Product should be placed in the walk-in cooler located in the center of the warehouse, just outside of the large temperature controlled room in the Southwest corner of the warehouse.

Once finished with the delivery, reset the dock leveler if applicable and close the dock door. (You must hold the "Close" button until the door is completely closed.)

Exit through the walk door located between the two dock doors and ensure that the door is locked behind you. If it is after hours (evening delivery) and there was no one on sight at the time of delivery,
 please call 816-699-7632 or 816-797-3308 to have the alarm reactivated. If it is a morning delivery, there is no need to call to have the alarm reactivated.

When leaving the parking lot, pull up to the gate to activate the motion sensor that opens the gate. Be aware that the gate opens inward so be sure to leave enough room for the gate to swing open. 
Exit the parking lot and the gate will automatically close behind you.
