Procedure: On the North side of the building, back up to dock 
door #4 or #5 (any door if they are not open). At 5am or after, 
walk South to the man door, ring bell. Someone will let you in.
Walk back to the truck. Unload the truck on an empty pallet. 
You can stack the trays 13 high. Keep like routes together
with tray tags out. Shrink wrap the pallet with wrap provided.
They will move the pallet with a forklift to the pack out cooler.
While they move the pallet, load the next pallet in the same manor.
Work in tandem until the food is unloaded. Pick up empty trays,
should be nearby. Cut shrink wrap off and dispose of. Load up 
empties trays and leave.

Warehouse staff is onsite daily at 6am.
