Procedure: **Do not re-am building if the delivery is made after 3am**
	    Head toward the rear of the lot. Delivery is to the second (smaller) pole building on your left. Entrance is office man door at front of that building. 
	   Use door code to open door. Bring food through office and into large walk-in cooler straight ahead and to the left. Seperate by route as posted on cooler walls. 
	   Take the empty tray that are only located outside of the cooler. Do not take empty trays that are inside they cooler. 
	   When done, exit facility and make sure door is locked.
