Procedure: Drive to the southside of the building and back into middle dock next to compactor.  Do not park in dock closet to door. 
Use the key for the Exterior door and the commissary door. Open the exterior entry door with the key. 
Disarm the alarm, key pad to your left. Walk straight until you see the double doors to your left. Doors are facing East. They are the first set of doors you see to the left.
Unlock the double doors to the commissary and disarm . 
Go around to the left of the production tables then turn right. Walk in cooler is to your left.
Empty trays will be on the dock 

Note: do not walk past commissary door. Alarm will sound.
