Procedure:

Back into dock.  Enter building through service door.  Disarm alarm. It is on left. 

Cooler is back by the trucks. In the middle, on the back wall. Place the food trays on the elevated racks provided. This will keep the food off the floor and out of the aisles.

Empties by cooler.  Shut and lock all doors and rearm alarm.
