Procedure:If the driver sees a car in the lot, the alarm is not active so there is no need to deactivate. Pull into parking lot and on the east side of the building there is a man door next door to an overhead door. Enter through man door by using key and disarm alarm if there is no one present. Alarm pad is right next to man door. Use garage door opener by man door ot open overhead door. Deliver to cooler right next to overhead door. Grab empties. Rearm alarm if no one else is on site.
