Procedure: Loading docks (2 of them available) on the east side of the building. 
	   Enter through service door to the left.  The alarm pad is to the right, inside entry.  
	   Deliver product to cooler towards front of building (past trucks, towards office area, near driver area). 
	   Separate food by route # within the cooler.
	   Make sure to fill out cooler temp log, which is hanging to left of cooler door (outside cooler). 
	   Pick up empties & re-arm building.
