Procedure: Enter property (983 Nissan Dr) at Gate 1. As you enter the gate take an immediate right and go to the Gate 1 Security Post. It is a single level white building with turnstiles to the left and a gate to the right. Approach the gate and Security will open and check you in. Proceed forward and turn left. Make you first right about 100 yards down to back into an area called Dock 10 (you will see blue and green dumpsters at same area).
The door has a Real estate key box on door handle. The code is 1470 and pull top tab down to open where a key is inside. This will get you in our warehouse to be able to get to the walk-in cooler.
