Procedure: Back up to the back dock door. Enter the man door.
	   Turn to your left to find the alarm pad. Turn off the alarm.
	   Look to your left, you will see a walk-in cooler. Verify
	   the cooler temp. is below 41 degrees. Open the overhead door.
           Deliver to the walk-in cooler, placing the trays up on the platforms.
	   Separate by the route number, tray tags facing out.
	   Pick up empty trays outside of cooler door. Close the overhead door.
	   Arm the building as you walk out the door.
