MAKE SURE TRUCK IS PLUGGED IN AND AT CORRECT TEMPERATURE

Procedure: Back truck up to route truck.  Look inside cab of route truck to confirm correct box temperature. 
Unlock padlock on rear door of truck.  Take out empty trays and stale product.  
Returning paperwork will stale product.  Stack new product in route truck side by side front to back.  
**DO NOT STACK PRODUCT PAST THE YELLOW LINE IN THE TRUCK!! 
	(If there is not a yellow line, report this right away!)
Place new paperwork inside on middle shelf on right. 
Be sure to relock padlock.
