MAKE SURE TRUCK IS PLUGGED IN AND IS AT CORRECT TEMPERATURE
            
Procedure: 
Back up to route truck. Look inside cab of rt truck to confirm correct box temperature.Unlock padlock on rear of truck. 
Take out empty trays and stale product. 
Returning paperwork will be on stale product.
Stack new product in route truck side to side from front to back. 
Place new paperwork on middle shelf right side of door. 
**DO NOT STACK PRODUCT PAST THE YELLOW LINE IN THE TRUCK!! 
	(If there is not a yellow line, report this right away!)
Be sure to relock padlock. 

Route 10 will be on the left.
